REQUIRED FOR FUNCTIONALITY:
You must install a small background server application that appears in your Windows system tray. You can start/stop the server and exit the application by right-clicking the tray icon. You can download from the support site here:

Emote is an enhanced remote control app and does not stream music to your phone.
All features of Emote are currently free while beta testing is ongoing and thus will expire every two weeks until complete. Afterwards, a week trial will be available and subsequently will require a one-time, in-app purchase to unlock premium features.

- Once the Emote is shown in the Google Play listing of your Android device, you can start its download and installation. Tap on the Install button located below the search bar and to the right of the app icon.
- A pop-up window with the permissions required by Emote will be shown. Click on Accept to continue the process.
- Emote will be downloaded onto your device, displaying a progress. Once the download completes, the installation will start and you'll get a notification after the installation is finished.
